Crews will close down all northbound lanes of Interstate 805 from La Jolla Village Drive to Interstate 5 starting Monday evening at 9:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. Caltrans said.
The same section of freeway will also be closed from Thursday at 9:30 p.m. to Friday at 5 a.m.
Caltrans is doing construction on the Interstate 805 North Express Lanes Project.
Drivers will be detoured to westbound SR-52 to I-5.
Nobel Drive and Governor Drive exits will remain open to local traffic.
Crews are constructing one carpool lane in each direction from just north of SR-52 to just north of Mira Mesa Boulevard.
