A brush fire is burning in an open area on the grounds of Camp Pendleton, North Comm Fire confirmed.
The fire is in the Zulu Impact Area near Range 407 and 408, Camp Pendleton officials said.
It's approximately 30 acres and "does not pose a threat to personnel or structures at this time."
Smoke may be visible to residents nearby.
The blaze is being monitored by base firefighters.
No other information was immediately available.
