Tip Leads to Fugitive Arrest

The FBI's most wanted list has one less fugitive.

On Tuesday afternoon, agents with the U.S. Marshals Service arrested Mark David Keller, 48, at Grossmont Medical Center after they got a tip from someone.  They say he was taken into custody without incident at his place of work, Eye Associates of San Diego.

F.B.I. agents say Keller has been on the run since January 2003, when he was charged with transporting and possessing child pornography.  They say he targeted homeless children while living in Portland, Oregon.

"He would lure them into a relationship where he would engage them into sexual contact, photograph them and then share that throughout the Internet,” Special Agent Darrell Foxworth said.

Keller eventually made his way to San Diego and began working at Grossmont Medical Center.

Agents don't know how long he has lived in the San Diego area but they say he was still using his real name and his Oregon driver's license.
