Graduation Prankster Faces Judge

A Lakeside teenager, accused of a dangerous prank at a commencement ceremony in June, is scheduled to appear in an El Cajon courtroom Monday.

Alexander Rader is accused of riding a motorcycle onto the field during the graduation ceremony at El Capitan High School.

The video of the prank on was posted on YouTube. Three people were hurt in the incident.

Rader did not act alone. Chad Leonard, 18, also took part and was sentenced to one year in jail.

According to Sheriff's Sgt. Damon Blankenbaker, one of the motorcyclists fell off his bike and got into a fight with spectators before School Resources Deputy William Turtzer got the pranskter into handcuffs. The second biker sped away, crashing through a locked gate.
