The body of a possible homicide victim has been found decomposing in a flooded area of the Tijuana River Valley Regional Park.
The remains were discovered Friday near Dairy Mart Road and Clearwater Way about 1:30 p.m., the Medical Examiner’s office reported.
The case is being handled as a potential homicide.
No other information was immediately available.
