More than 50 homes in Allied Gardens lost water service overnight after a water main break late Tuesday.
Crews worked for hours to repair a water main break at the intersection of Conestoga Way and Chaparajos Court.
Neighbors say when the main broke, they heard at least three loud pops and moments later the streets were flooded.
The culprit was a broken 12-inch concrete pipe.
Water damaged some units at a nearby storage center.
As of 6:40 a.m., water service had been returned to the neighborhood.
