Moms-to-Be Wanted

Researchers are looking for women who are currently pregnant or think they may get pregnant in the next few years for a nationwide health study.

The National Children's Study will follow some 100,000 kids from birth to the age of 21 in what is said to be the largest long-term children's health study of its kind.

They hope to learn how the environment influences children's health, development and quality of life.

Researchers from University of California San Diego and San Diego State University are looking for women, ages 18 to 49, who are pregnant or who may soon become pregnant.

If you're interested in becoming a participant, contact the staff at 877-706-2773 or check out answers to some frequently asked questions at the study's website.
