A Kansas family is grieving the loss of their pet deer Faline after it was shot and killed by game wardens. It's illegal to keep wild animals as pets in Kansas and wildlife officials were concerned the deer could spread disease. After the family was ticketed, game wardens went to the home and killed the deer. The family provided photos of Faline, named after a character in the movie "Bambi," in better times.
