Hillcrest is offering a new twist to traditional cocktail parties.
On Thursday, shoppers can enjoy food samples and martinis while shopping for holiday gifts.
Hillcrest Taste n' Tinis runs from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and will feature more than 20 restaurants and more than a dozen retailers.
Shoppers can pay $20 for a ticket and as they hop from shop to shop, they’ll enjoy a sample size appetizer, entrée or dessert or a holiday martini.
“As you go and explore the neighborhood and do some holiday shopping you can some martinis and some wonderful tastes,” said Benjamin Nicholls with the Hillcrest Business Association.
Among those participating are the Tractor Room, Eden and Flashbacks and Twirl. The latter is offering a 10% discount for all Taste n’ Tinis customers.
Enjoy peppermint martinis, cosmopolitans, Manhattans and other tantalizing recipes with your friends.
