A former alum and soap star is set to headline Bonsallpalooza on Friday night in North County.
The event at the Pala Casino Resort and Spa kicks off at 8 p.m. and is being organized by the Bonsall Education Foundation. Officials hope to replace funding for the music programs that were eliminated due to statewide budget cuts earlier this summer.
Among the performers appearing is Bonsall's own Michael Damian, who starred on the Young & the Restless, as well as Steve Poltz, Aunt Kizzy's Boyz and Patti Zlaket.
Tickets range from $45-65 per person and can be purchased in advance online.
