Man Pleads Guilty in Ice Cube Concert Shooting at Del Mar Racetracks

The man who fired several shots near a crowded area outside an Ice Cube concert last summer at the Del Mar Fairgrounds pleaded guilty to discharging a firearm in a grossly negligent manner in court Wednesday.
