Christopher Lawrence, was playing Sunday in the Sahara dance tent when he invited Jen Lasher onstage to sing “Lie to Ourselves.”
Who is Jen Lasher?
The singer/songwriter/DJ started touring when she was just 19 and has won over clubs all across the country. Her style – sexy but approachable – makes her a fan-favorite. Self-taught on the turnstiles, Lasher has been working her way through the music scene, recording “Boom Da” and now collaborating with Dave Audé on “Lie to Ourselves.”
Lasher is scheduled to perform Saturday at On Broadway with Audé who was recently named musical director for the Pussycat Dolls 2009 World Tour.
