There's so much great stuff to do today and tonight, but historically, I always think this is the busiest weekend of the year. In light of the Climate Action Strike, you can really double down by getting on your bike, finding a nearby bus route or using your own two feet to walk to Adams Avenue for the 38th Annual Street Fair. This year there are added stages and more use of inside spaces, too, so there's something for everyone, with local acts, blues, Latin, rock, Americana and more, and as always, it's free and family friendly. Around town, Clash at Clairemont is back with Black Flag headlining the skate event, ArtWalk returns to Carlsbad, Pacific Islander Festival is at Ski Beach and National City has their own Bayside Brew & Spirits Festival. By night, you might still be able to snag tickets to Guttermouth at Soda Bar or Phum Viphurit at the Loft at UCSD, and I've heard there might be free tickets floating around for Tijuana Panthers if you want to spend the night at the Observatory.
