We can all exhale. Music is back to kick off a new year after a couple lag days. It's smooth sailing at the Casbah for High Tide Society, a supergroup of San Diego musicians playing your favorite yacht-rock earworms. Meanwhile, our buddies in Aviator Stash play the Belly Up, Lavender Fields return to Soda Bar, and the Merrow has S. Mathias & the Honeycombs' album release. Hopefully you're fully recovered from New Year's Eve, have had a chance to chill, and are ready to go at it again and find a good time. Mostly, I'm just glad we have options as all of our favorite spots get back into the swing of things and 2019 gets off to a great start.
