Let's really get in a groove this week, shall we? Tonight at the Casbah, we have Carsie Blanton, who has been called "provocative" and her lyrics "catchy" -- and her new record, "Buck Up," which dropped in February is both of those things. I kinda love her, and I think you will, too. British indie-pop act the Japanese House, meanwhile, sold out in a quickie, so if you didn't get tickets to the House of Blues Voodoo Room tonight, hang tight and I would guess your chances to catch them before the end of the year are high. Around town, Soda Bar's got metal act Malison, our awesome friends the Frights play an all-ages show at the Che, and the Strumbellas play the big room at House of Blues. So much Tuesday night goodness for an aural feast.
