Let's get the disappointing portion of this night out of the way: While it should come as no surprise to anyone, Prophets of Rage is long sold out at the Observatory and AJJ is long sold out at the Irenic. Both are going to be amazing and mean a lot of people are getting a head start on the weekend. If you didn't get tickets for either show, you can still have a great night with shows like Tim Barry, who's taken the singer-songwriter route after years as frontman in Avail; South Carolina's indie powerhouse Susto play Soda Bar, and our local friends Downs Family and Screamin Yeehaws play a special Thuesday night show at Bar Pink.
