    Dressed to the Nth Degree: Runway Fashion Show.

    An evening of style and glamour.

    Fashion expert and “style guy” Leonard Simpson presented San Diego’s Top 10 Best-Dressed Men and Women on Friday night.

    “Dressed to the Nth Degree” Fashion Extravaganza and Runway Show took place at the Spreckels Theatre downtown. The event helped benefit Scripps Cancer Center at Scripps Mercy Hospital.

    The best dressed men and women recipients included:

    • Pam Slater-Price, County Board of Supervisors Vice Chairwoman
    • Susan Lucas Spanos, who serves on the Governing Board of the San Diego Blood Bank
    • Billy Ray Smith, former San Diego Charger
    • Eugene “Mitch” Mitchell, regional Vice President for external affairs for San Diego Gas & Electric.
