Brian Wilson Takes the Beard, World Series Trophy to Twitter HQ
What better way for Brian Wilson to rejoin Twitter than by stopping by the microblogging site's headquarters?
He could show up with his painted black beard and the World Series trophy in hand and that's exactly what he did.
The Giants' unique closing pitcher stopped by Twitter's San Francisco headquarters Tuesday with his white gloves on and the World Series trophy in hand.
The popular San Francisco-based social networking site has been a magnet for celebrity visits. Everyone from Snoop Dogg to Carol Bartz has visited in the last year.
Wilson's visit is particularly timely though. After almost two years after publicly quitting Twitter, Wilson announced his return to the site Tuesday.
"The Beards back on twitter.....Lets Rage!!!!!!!!" He tweeted Tuesday.
Rage indeed.
