Dashcam Shows Officer Breaking Down After Shooting Man

A Montana police officer broke down in tears and had to be consoled by his fellow officers after killing an unarmed man during a traffic stop last April, footage from a car's dash-cam video shows. In the video, a clearly distraught Billings Police Officer Grant Morrison cries and pounds his fist on the hood of the car after shooting Richard Ramirez, who was high on methamphetamine during the traffic stop. On Jan. 7, a jury at a coroner's inquest determined Morrison was justified in fatally shooting Ramirez, but Ramirez's family said they were disappointed by the ruling and intended to file a lawsuit against Morrison and the Billings Police Department alleging excessive use of force, The Associated Press reported.
