A toddler who went missing in Vista on Thursday afternoon has been found safe, according to officials.
The 3-year-old boy named Frank Rodriguez went missing in a home located in the 1200 block of Arcadia Avenue.
At 1:52 this afternoon, his father called deputies after he couldn’t find Frank in the house. Sheriff's launched a search and a helicopter called out information above.
The boy was found safe just after 5 p.m. with his mother. She took the child shopping and forgot to bring her cell phone with her.
