Customers inside an El Cajon 7-11 store got a scare Sunday when a pickup truck slammed into the store's front windows.
The elderly driver accidentally hit the accelerator according to police and crashed into the 7-11 on Graves Avenue just before 3 p.m.
Several people were inside the 7/11 at the time, nobody was hurt. The driver of the truck was not injured.
A structural engineer was called out to check the integrity of the building. The CHP is investigating the accident.
