Man Accused of Assaulting Minor May Have Fled to Mexico

Enrique Alejandro Avalos

Police are searching for Enrique Alejandro Avalos, who is wanted for allegedly sexually assaulting an underage girl last year.

A $150,000 bail felony warrant for Avalos, who also goes by the name “Kiki.” Police believe Avalos, a U.S. citizen, may have fled to Mexico.

He attended high school in Chula Vista and has family in Southern California, including the Riverside area. His brother, Ramon Avalos, is currently in custody for the same incident and awaiting trial.

Enrique Alejandro Avalos is described as a 20-year-old man, 5-foot-11 and 250 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
