San Diegans Stop and Pray

AP

This may be the last National Day of Prayer, but it didn't stop San Diegans and others across the country from praying Thursday.

San Diego County supervisor Bill Horn led the prayer service outside the County Administration Center downtown.

A federal judge has ruled that the National Day of Prayer is unconstitutional.

The Pentagon withdrew its invitation to evangelist Franklin Graham to lead a prayer service there because of comments he made about Islam.

Graham did lead a small group in prayer outside the Pentagon.
