A 43-year-old missing person has been found safe, the San Diego Police Department confirmed Sunday evening.
Angel Alonso Ramirez, who suffers from down syndrome, walked away from his residence, an independent living facility, at 4858 Wheelhouse Road in the Spinnaker Point neighborhood of San Diego at around 7:45 a.m. Sunday morning.
