An earthquake was felt in Julian, Calif. just after 3 a.m. according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The epicenter of the 3.3 magnitude temblor was 8 miles from Julian, 36 miles from Escondido and 42 miles from San Diego.
No injuries or damage has been reported.
