A suspect driving a car police were chasing walked out with their hands up, NBC 7 Chopper footage showed.
The pursuit started at approximately 5:10 p.m. Monday, though it is unclear why the pursuit started. The car drove southbound down Interstate 15. The pursuit ended on the southbound State Route 163.
At one point, the suspect pulled over.
The driver and a passenger were both detained by police at the scene.
