Two people escaped injury following a fire inside a two-story condo Sunday in Tierrasanta.
San Diego Fire-Rescue crews are investigating the cause of the fire inside the unit on Camino Playa Cancun.
Fire broke out at 9:20 p.m. and caused extensive damage to the second floor of the condo.
Two people and two pets were displaced by the fire, according to the San Diego chapter of the American Red Cross.
