Leopard Sharks Harmless To Humans

Hundreds of leopard sharks are coming close to shore near San Diego to munch on an abundance of anchovies.

    The sharks are being joined by dozens of people -- from sunbathers to snorkelers -- who want to swim with the sharks.

    Leopard sharks can grow up to 7 feet long and live in the Pacific Ocean near coral reefs.

    They are harmless to humans.
