After Blake Sennett "quit music", he's returned with a new record with The Elected.

If you're an indie-rock aficionado as I am, tonight is a grab bag of great choices. At the Casbah, The Elected hit the stage with Whispertown and Jake Bellows opening. If you're a fan of Rilo Kiley and Neva Denova, these names should ring a bell and you know you're in for a treat. At Soda Bar, Oslo promises a great show, and Los Angeles' Letting Up Despite Great Faults are pretty phenomenal, too, and you can catch them at Tin Can. I wonder if a Sunday triple-dip can be achieved. I will have to try it and see.
