It feels like everyone got their overdose of Mumford-style music in the past couple years, and frankly, a lot of great Americana and roots bands got overlooked due to Mumford fatigue. Fortunately, the goodones still play on, and Tuesday you'd do yourself a favor to catch Frankie Boots & the County Line. With a slew of members, this San Francisco band might have you reminiscing about Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros or even Of Monsters and Men, but judging from their performance footage, once you see them the memory should stand alone. Around town, Pyles has a local showcase at Casbah with Bandalier, while Halloran goes head to head at the Merrow with Little Heroine. Don't let a little water falling from the sky keep you from a rockin' Tuesday night.
