Fresh from multiple appearances at South by Southwest (SXSW), the Nervous Wreckords returned to San Diego with their first music video for the sensational pop track "Burn It Up."
Filmed by Chris Karcher and Terry Parish of San Diego-based Emota Films, the video features local dancers and artist/model/Fashion Whore May Star. After one foot-tapping viewing, I was ready to jump through my monitor and join the dancers for some pop-and-lock action (a la Boogalo Shrimp in Breakin' 2: Electric Boogalo).
The Nervous Wreckords were formed in 2009 by Brian Karscig, of Louis XIV, and Anthony Saffery, producer and member of UK band Cornershop.
