Every third Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. you'll find Art & Design on Cedros Avenue, an event with new art exhibits, live music and other cool stuff. This month, Hot Rock Jewelry will host a kicky art collection from Lionel Talaro called "An Evening of Divine Bovine." The art reception starts at 5 p.m., but the gorgeous jewelry will be there all week.
