The search continues for the driver who rammed his vehicle into a Vons market in University City after being kicked out of the store. NBC 7’s Nicole Gomez has details for you.

The man rammed his car not once, but twice, according to witnesses.

A man was booted out of a University City supermarket Sunday evening, then came back 20 minutes later, rammed his car into the front of the store and drove off, San Diego police said.

More than 600 pharmacists and pharmacy workers at Ralphs, Vons, Albertsons and Pavilions stores in Southern California could walk out following an “overwhelming” membership vote to authorize union leadership to call for a strike. 

Contract talks will resume Wednesday in hopes of avoiding a walkout by thousands of Southern California grocery workers who have already authorized their union to call a strike if negotiations break down.
