If you've been to the Casbah, you're familiar with Ted Washington, the towering man who acts as a doorman, security, stage manager and plenty of other roles, or who you can find in Bob's Razzmatazz on his nights off as he's drawing his latest comic, writing his newest poetry, sketching his latest masterpiece or, when he's feeling particuar feisty, tweeting at the president. As a performer, he fronts Pruitt Igoe, and tonight, they headline the Casbah to stir your thoughts, get under your skin and open your mind. Meanwhile, hardcore locals Other Ways bring a whole lotta noise to Soda Bar, and alt-metal act Mushroomhead headlines Monday night at Brick by Brick. There aren't a ton of live options tonight, but if you focus hard enough, you just might find something to love.
