Chargers' Jeremiah Sirles Talks O-Line Play

Chargers rookie offensive lineman Jeremiah Sirles played his college ball at Nebraska, a school with a rich tradition of churning out quality blockers.

Sirles was a successful tackle in Lincoln, but went undrafted and fought his way on to the Chargers practice squad with a strong training camp.

He saw his first playing time in the second half of the Bolts’ comeback win in San Francisco and started the season finale in Kansas City.

Along the way, he switched from tackle to guard, and learned a ton about the game from San Diego offensive line coach Joe D’Alessandris.

If you ever wanted to know anything about the offensive line, from technique to strategy, Sirles has the answer. He shared some of his knowledge with NBC 7’s Derek Togerson.
