President-Elect Obama Supports Senator in Recruiting Tony Dungy for Government Work

Tony Dungy hasn't even been unemployed for two full days just yet, but he's already coveted by the government. Evan Bayh, a Senator from Indiana, would like to bring Dungy aboard to promote responsible fatherhood nationwide.

Bayh plans on introducing a bill next month which would fund a myriad of different national programs, spread domestic violence prevention efforts, and get tough with those who fail to pay sufficient child support. After watching Dungy coach in his home State for the past seven years, apparently Bayh thinks the new retiree would be a perfect fit.
