NCAA Game Summary – San Diego vs. Oregon

Portland, OR (Sports Network) - Gyno Pomare scored 16 points and grabbed eight rebounds to lead the San Diego Toreros to a 64-57 win over the Oregon Ducks as part of the 11th annual Pape' Jam at the Rose Garden.

Chris Lewis and Rob Jones also got involved for the Toreros (5-6), scoring 15 and 14 points, respectively.

The Ducks (4-5) were paced by Tajuan Porter, who scored 18 points in the loss. LeKendric Longmire also added 12 points for Oregon, which has now lost four straight.

San Diego limited Oregon to 25 percent shooting from the floor in the first half en route to a 29-17 lead at intermission.

The Toreros put the game away in the second stanza, knocking down 12-of-18 shots from the floor en route to the seven-point victory.

San Diego won the game despite 17 turnovers and an 11-4 deficit on the offensive glass.
