A Georgia man was apparently caught on video dragging a police officer with his car. On Thursday, Brandon Christopher Adams of Savannah, Georgia, surrendered to cops and was charged with aggravated assault and felony obstruction of a police officer. Adams, 23, dragged a cop with his car and almost ran him over last weekend in an incident recorded by the cop's body camera, police said.
