A boy was wandering the streets of National City by himself before sunrise Monday, according to police.
National City Police say the toddler was found wearing a diaper and a red shirt at 5:30 a.m.
He was found on 30th Street near Highland Avenue, outside the Sweetwater Union High School.
Police estimated the child to be approximately 3 years old.
He has since been reunited with his family.
No other information was immediately available.
