A preliminary 2.7-magnitude earthquake rattled the Lakeside area Thursday morning, according to the United States Geological Survey (USGS).
The temblor was reported at a depth of about 3.6 miles northwest of Lakeside. No injuries or structural damages were immediately reported in connection to the earthquake.
