Firefighters extinguished a fire that sent smoke above a single story family home in City Heights, officials said.
San Diego Fire-Rescue Department officials responded to reports of a fire on the 3700 block of Euclid Avenue at approximately 12:30 p.m. Monday.
When crews arrived, they saw smoke coming from the back of the house and were able to quickly extinguish the fire.
No injuries were reported.
Arson investigators were requested by officials on scene.
San Diego Police were on scene providing traffic control.
