Crews on Thursday afternoon rescued a person by helicopter from the bottom of an Adobe Falls’ canyon in Del Cerro.
Firefighters, experiencing difficulty reaching the person on foot, used a helicopter to lift the person from the canyon. The rescue took place in the area of Adobe Falls and Brisa roads.
Just before 4 p.m., the person was taken to Scripps Mercy Hospital for unknown injuries.
