A San Ysidro couple managed to escape a house fire early Tuesday morning.
A car inside the home's garage on Vista Lane caught fire just before 2:30 a.m. and spread to the home.
San Diego firefighters said the couple was able to get out without injury.
It is unknown what may have caused the car to catch fire.
