There's a difference between a team and a collection of talent. Just look at the 2012 Kansas City Chiefs for proof. That team went 2-14 and sent six players to the Pro Bowl.
The talent level on the 2015 Chargers roster is good, but certainly not on the same plane as the likes of the Seahawks or Broncos. But what the Bolts showed us in their 33-28 win over the Lions on Sunday is San Diego is a heck of a team.
