The San Diego County Sheriff’s Department (SDSO) are having a summer block party.
The department is hosting the annual Night Out Against Crime at several locations across the county Tuesday, August 4.
The block parties will include free food and drinks, giveaways, and activities for kids.
Night Out Against Crime is a free community event designed to help people meet the deputies who patrol their neighborhood.
Sheriff’s Crime Prevention Specialists will be at each party giving safety tips. Each party starts between 2 and 5 pm and goes until around 7 pm.
