A tractor-trailer tipped over onto its side Tuesday in Otay Mesa.
San Diego police officers were called to help assist with traffic near Siempre Viva Road and Melksee Street just before 11:30 a.m.
The location of the crash is west of the 905 and just north of the U.S.-Mexico border.
