RealSelf.com studied millions of Web searches and mapped them for consumer interest in everything from nose jobs to liposuction. If you're thinking about a nose job, chances are you're from the Northeast. Southerners were more likely to search out facelifts. Breast augmentation is big in the western and Mountain states, leading the nation with 36 percent.
As for Southern Californians, it's all about augmentation -- lip augmentation that is. Factors like weather and ethnic populations may play a part.
Of course, just because people are searching for procedures doesn't mean they're actually having them done.
