At least 11 people were shot and three were killed late Sunday in a shooting at the Gilroy Garlic Festival in Gilroy, California. Police and emergency personnel responded to reports of an active shooter incident at Gilroy's Christmas Hill Park about 5:30 p.m. As of 8:30 p.m. the situation was still active, according to Gilroy police.
