Happy Halloween! There are some shindigs around town, big and small, so there's no reason to hole up after the trick-or-treaters have turned in for the night. Of course, there's a massive party at the Lafayette with local legends Rocket From the Crypt, as well as the Creepy Creeps and Mrs. Magician. If you didn't get your tickets in advance, you can still enjoy some fun at Oingo Boingo Undercover at the Office or at Soda Bar's annual tribute night, with locals playing the part of bands like Pink Floyd, Peaches, the Damned and more. If you're not looking for covers, Boombox plays the Observatory, Rafter has an album release at Seven Grand and Jeffrey Foucalt performs at Brick 15. There's lots of choices, just be smart with your costumes because you still have to show your ID.
