The Irenic is going to be quite a party tonight, as UK's Crystal Fighters return to San Diego. They've played Casbah and Belly Up before, but this might be their first all-ages show here, which should mean a really good time for everyone. The band gained some early recognition off their first release, Star of Love, but it was really the follow-up in 2013, Cave Rave, where the band shined and hit a fever pitch. Their latest effort is really just an EP of remixes of Cave Rave tracks, but what that really means is that when you show up at the Irenic tonight (doors at 7 p.m.), be ready to dance all night.
